Why does it have to be called Pilsner Urquell? and not Rusky lager or something like that? And who assures then that, once its market presence is strong enough, SAB-Miller will reduce the quality of the beer in order to cut costs? I also heard the rumour that Russian Pilsner Urquell is better than the Czech. Apparently this is because, apart from being able to chemically emulate the pilsner water, in Russia they use brewing methods similar to those employed in Pilsen 20 years ago. Nice article.
